Moreover the light flavor produced by using coconut oil in stir-fry will make you addicted to it. The calorie content in coconut oil and olive oil are almost same.  One should not find any inconvenience in switching over to coconut oil for making your obesity problem under control

Make protein shake with coconut milk

Another easy method to increase the use of coconut is to add coconut milk in the homemade smoothie. Coconut milk can be mixed with a wide variety of fruits and it adds a delicious texture. It is better to start using only one or two tablespoons of coconut milk in the smoothie. Otherwise, it can increase the fat content bring negative results.
